Great when it was working

Hi I've used small world for while since updated to new version it'south a mess you have to find your bank on map and it doesn't give rate for depository financial institution you have choice one non every bit used to tell you the best rate and you accept other selection please look intu information technology and fix information technology as I love using modest world at present it's getting fleck complicated, before information technology used to show its ready for pick up at present it doesn't,

The latest version - what a disappointment!

I've used LCC/Modest World for several years, but the latest version of the App causes repeated problems. Using iOS 12.1.ii every attempted transaction fails and a telephone phone call during the restricted Office Hours is necessary.
LCC/SWFS asks 3 questions: 1) source of funds - e'er felt this was unnecessary and intrusive; 2) method of payout - to depository financial institution account or cash payout; iii) reason for payment - relationship with recipient. Unfortunately, the latest version doesn't enquire Question 3 only then rejects your attempt to pay considering yous haven't given this data. This means a phone call at which time I've reported the App trouble.
No help so far and I've had to revert to ignoring the App and use the website access instead. Messy and less useful.

Commutation Charge per unit is lower accurate

For some bizarre reason when you log into the app the rate on the app is lower than that in the web format. Information technology's almost like their server doesn't sync details to all platforms which is annoying.

I only use the app at present to track status of transactions. Should be better. Also rates to South Africa is way too low considering they are meant to be ameliorate than Earth Remit.
